What the check shows

Ticket numbers are short, so personal data cannot be revealed by them — otherwise someone else's ticket could be found by trying numbers in turn.

The ticket is not found — what should I do?
If the purchase was just made, wait a minute: the number is assigned by the carrier. Then check the digits — the seat number and the ticket number are easy to confuse.
I need the full ticket with the surname
Open the link from the purchase email — the full ticket is there. That link can be pasted into the field above and the page will recognise it.
The ticket is valid but the service was cancelled
Refunds and changes are handled by the carrier — it is named in the check result.
